Hmm. So Cubia's feelings tend to be very extreme. He's very reactive to his environment and the things around him. In the beginning, Kaworu provoked a bad reaction from Cubia which made him angry and scared, feelings that make him loose control and be more lax about saying things. Which means Kaworu saw more of the real Cubia than anyone else in Aather, including his team. Therefore, Cubia was invested enough to keep an eye on him and learn more about him. So they kept talking and Cubia kept telling him things because he had no one else to talk to and he felt a bond with Kaworu because they both don't fit in! And struggle with learning new things. Annnd somewhere around that time, Cubia realized he didn't want to lose what they had! Which is why he gets angry and possessive about Kaworu because he feels that could disappear any time because he's not important like Shinji or a team-mate like Kanji. He's just Cubia.
However! He's become a lot more empathic and insecure. He's realized on an instinctive level that what he has is fine and not always subject to ... bad things! He's comfortable, he's happy, he cares for Kaworu, someone who is not Kite and not his teammate which... gives him hope! And makes him believe that he can have a higher purpose!
He draws a lot of strength from Kaworu because Kaworu doesn't hide or lie which means his opinion is highly valued to Cubia. And he has stopped struggling with himself and his feelings and sort of... going with the flow when it comes to Kaworu. He has stopped questioning himself and his feelings. He's just... happy with what he has! A FIRST.
He does worry that someday, his anger and need to own things will overcome him, but right now, it's not an issue and he is pretty much content with his relationship. Even if he's not vocal about his feelings (since Kaworu said he would wait and Cubia believes that).
He got that terrible memory of Shinji rejecting his friendship and that affected Kaworu, yes. IT HAD A HUGE EFFECT ON HIM. Mostly because he made a huge decision at the end of it and it gave him a clue to his own nature. But in canon Kaworu never had anything else, Kaworu had nothing outside Shinji! That has changed here, and this is why Cubia and Kanji (and Mukuro, pretty much half of Ruby and Kunzite) are important.
Kaworu feels a lot of curiosity towards humans in canon, but his curiosity is focused on Shinji. Here, he was forced to interact with a lot more people and he's somehow even more social. Cubia became important and I've already essayed on that before, but basically Cubia was different from other people and their relationship helped him understand himself in the process. Not only that, but Cubia intrigued him a lot! He was stubborn enough about keep talking to Cubia that he was willing to die for it, mostly because he didn't care about dying, but still. It showed how strong his determination was, even if Kaworu is not precisely interested in learning about personal space or why certain things aren't okay!
Now . . . Kaworu feels very comfortable around Cubia. But in general, Kaworu never lies and he doesn't give a damn in general about making others uncomfortable because he simply doesn't care. However Cubia was different and the way he reacted in general made it a lot easier for Kaworu to be a weirdo. He can say anything around Cubia because they're both different, Cubia can see that and even if they started sort of on the wrong foot, it has developed to what it's now! That's why his relationship is different from the one he has with Kanji. But it's also different from his friendship with Mukuro, because his friendship with Mukuro is strictly platonic and non-sexual and full of talking about humanity and their own natures but without mutual feelings or deep involvement in each other.
So Cubia is mostly . . . the person Kaworu trusts the most. He doesn't hide what he is from Kanji or Kunzite in general, but he knows Kanji can't understand it completely. His relationship with him is more physical and clearly romantic, and yet Kaworu is often taken off-guard when Kanji does completely romantic things to him. He didn't understand why Kanji resorts to hugs so often and . . . Kaworu is genuinely caring more and more about him. I needed to explain this because it's important!! And related!! And that's because while Kanji represents what Kaworu wanted in canon, Cubia is also half of that as well.
You know, the thing about not remembering anything and sort of building your whole life around a small community from scratch is that you're meant to build strong relationships pretty fast! Kaworu feels something strong for Shinji and he considers him his most important person, but Shinji . . . is well, Shinji! Kaworu at this point in time thinks that not being rejected is more than enough and his lack of memories that can explain why he feels like he does for Shinji is kind of frustrating! So he's not thinking about it and instead he's focusing on other things. Stalking Shinji sort of counts, but he interacts with Cubia and Kanji much more. He's been in Aather more time than he was allowed outside of SEELE before he died, so . . . yeah, it makes sense Kaworu can build stronger relationships or that he could even feel love for some of them.
Now with Cubia in particular, the most important thing is that we are both equals in the sense they're both not human! The other thing is that he started to care about Cubia and about his problems to the point he started to feel a lot for him. Once Kaworu started to feel it was only a matter of time, really, but I didn't expect Kaworu to genuinely want to see Cubia (or even Kunzite) happy. Another thing was that he almost never had physical contact with Cubia, even if he drapes on people he doesn't even care about on a daily basis. It was some sort of . . . show of respect, probably. Even if Kaworu provoked emotions out of Cubia all the time and everything, he never touched him. He never touches Mukuro now either, which is another way of showing respect in a weird way. That's another difference between Cubia and Kanji, because with Kanji, Kaworu enjoys teasing and touching Kanji and with Cubia they are more focused on feelings and it was and sort of still is, completely non-sexual.
Even when Kaworu and Cubia kissed, it was because Kaworu wanted to help Cubia and because he had the idea that it could work! He dislikes knowing Cubia couldn't really feel something like that, especially when Kaworu has discovered that sex and making out with someone he likes is well, nice! Kaworu felt a lot of curiosity and he feels so much around Cubia that he also wanted to know what the hell was up with his feelings with Cubia. TURNS OUT CUBIA FELT IT AND KAWORU COMPARED THAT KISS WITH HOW IT FELT WHEN HE KISSES KANJI.
He can't understand love completely, but he loves Cubia. He likes what he has and when he confronted Mytho it was because no one is allowed to make Cubia sad :|. He's very capable of telling Citrine if Mytho dares to hurt Cubia again even if that means people would get killed! Because he doesn't care! He would stop if Cubia asked though. But Kaworu isn't using "love" in his head and he totally will the moment he gets a certain memory back, but not for now. He also loves Kanji in a different way and what he's feeling for Kanji can potentially develop even more, because it's a mutual relationship instead of . . . you know, onesided feelings towards Shinji.
Also Kaworu might be considering that he should tell Kanji about Cubia, even if I'm thinking Cubia and Kaworu haven't kissed since that time, because while they're more FEELINGS NON-SEXUAL BOYFRIENDS, Kanji might not be happy about it and . . . Kaworu is starting to realize that could hurt him and he doesn't like knowing that.
tl;dr version: Kaworu has two boyfriends and he loves both of them. Shinji is also there but he doesn't touch Shinji anymore and it's one-sided.
He has a very good impression on Konatsu! But that's normal for Kite since he tends to like everyone ever. But he thinks Konatsu is smart and polite, but he was a bit sad when he thought that Konatsu didn't give himself the chance to get closer to people due to the games! He's glad he's not doing that anymore, but that made Kite be more aware of Konatsu and now he might try to go out of his way to talk to him more! He also likes the idea of having another person to train with.
Kaworu on Lenalee
AS A DISCLAIMER, it's hard for Kaworu to feel interest in people who appear to be nice unless they happen to ping him in a certain way. But Kaworu is interested in her because she's someone his new teammate knows and that's enough to make him want to troll talk to her more. He thinks she's honest and too nice, which usually wouldn't hold his interest, but he might poke more to see if he can find anything else.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT SASUKE THINKS NARUTO IS AN IDIOT.
Sasuke arrived in Aather with only an adorable memory of his brother where he was able to pout and get suddenly annoyed and it's adorable, but this, and being unable to remember all the terrible things in his life, is allowing him to be nicer and close to what he could've been if he hadn't gone insane with revenge. So basically Sasuke still holds some basic personality traits that appeared more and more the longer Sasuke stayed with Team 7, so it means he was capable of all of this but his feelings for revenge and his ALL BY MYSEEEEELF mentality also got in the way.
ALL THAT ISN'T IMPORTANT HERE, obviously. However Naruto still managed to annoy the hell out of Sasuke and they fluctuate a lot between getting along and mutually annoying each other. Sasuke has a tendency to tease people but he wasn't very well of it until Naruto appeared in his life! He also made fun of Cubia, but he also regrets it now and he doesn't dislike him anymore, but with Naruto Sasuke doesn't regret it one bit. So mostly, at first, he had a strong impression of Naruto but it was . . . strange. It was like he made a NEW CATEGORY in his mind and that's where he placed Naruto because he's completely different to everyone he's met so far. There's also the fact they . . . apparently know each other, but Sasuke doesn't remember him yet and that helped to separate Naruto from the rest in his mind.
At first he wasn't sure if he should be trusted, though! I mean, you come from a ninja clan and your basic instinct is to be wary about people suddenly telling you stuff you don't remember! But Itachi helped Sasuke come to the conclusion that Naruto was too stupid and straightforward to lie, so Naruto gained a COULD BE TRUSTED title in his head. HOWEVER, he still saw Naruto as ANNOYING and he had NO IDEA as to why someone like that remembered him.
Then trauma game happened and Sasuke felt pretty much unhappy about the whole thing. He didn't like being treated badly by Beatrice and he suddenly understood how powerless knights were in a way, since they can't interfere with whatever a team decides to do! He has the duty to protect them, so his way to fulfill that duty was to take as much damage for them and keep the decision Peridot made from other people in case other teams decided to WANT REVENGE OR SOMETHING. And Naruto and Sasuke talked after it. Aaaaand it was during that game that Sasuke saw that, despite the fact Naruto was TOO STUPID TO LIVE he was a well intentioned idiot that actually wanted the same as Sasuke: no one getting hurt or killed in a stupid game to win memories, even if that game is for the sake of saving the world. Sasuke doesn't think that sacrificing people for the greater good is okay! If he had his memories, he'd think that BURNING THE WORLD TO THE GROUND in order to save ONE PERSON or take revenge, is a good idea :Db buuut as an amnesiac he doesn't think that way yet. So Naruto and Sasuke had the opportunity to bond over how much that game sucked and Sasuke somehow lowered his defenses and Naruto went from STUPIDLY ANNOYING BUT SOMEHOW MIGHT BE TRUSTED IDIOT to . . . strong-willed and well-meaning idiot that can be trusted. That thread made Sasuke tsun at Naruto, even!
THEN . . . NARUTO HAD A FREAK OUT ABOUT GUYS DATING GUYS and he told Sasuke about the accidental kiss in canon! Sasuke . . . doesn't even care that they kissed, and he believes Naruto was saying the truth, but he honestly didn't care. Yet he made fun of Naruto by saying that he would never feel attracted to him even if he liked men and in a way, Sasuke meant it, but he honestly don't see the point in dating or anything like that. He's more or less asexual and doesn't notice things like BOOBS! That's why he didn't feel awkward when Shiki flashed him and had a long conversation with her without feeling uncomfortable. But Naruto's attitude annoyed Sasuke and part of the ANNOYING IDIOT came back with full force. However he made Naruto go with him to collect the jars for Carnelian's quest and everything.
THEY HAD MORE CONVERSATIONS THAT DAY AND WENT HUNTING!! But mostly . . . man, Sasuke is starting to see Naruto as someone sort of reliable that is somewhat very dumb and stupid but with a determined heart and he doesn't mind that. He won't say Naruto's name out loud and he will still refer to Naruto as THAT ANNOYING IDIOT ON CARNELIAN but he's maybe starting to trust him and he felt uncomfortable enough to fall asleep on the forest because damn using his sharingan that long exhausted him. He won't admit any of that though and a part of Sasuke feels somewhat superior and that's always good because when Naruto starts to gain more skills and proves to be stronger than him . . . well, that's when Sasuke will start to develop issues!
But yeah right now Sasuke likes Naruto and he doesn't mind if Naruto stalks Sterling so they can hang out. ARE THEY BECOMING FRIENDS? Yes. But like hell Sasuke is going to admit it.
Naruto's feelings make me laugh. I think it's because he remembered disliking Sasuke so much in the kiss memory, and then being worried for him but confident that he'd get better (= friends?), that made him so predisposed to have FEELINGS towards him.
Naruto's open and loud at everyone, but he doesn't instantly like a lot of people because most people don't pay special attention to him! That's the main distinction he's making between best friends and people he likes. For example, Kite and Cubia are his best friends, because he feels that he gets special treatment from them, and he spends a lot of time with them, and he feels that they care about him, and he'd put his life on the line for them. Even though he wants to be special to people, he's not the jealous type of friend, thankfully, because I'm playing him as naturally self-centered (the good kind) and praise-oriented, not as someone clingy who needs reassurance because he's insecure or anything like that. Still, as another example, he likes Gokudera and Aeris a lot, in different ways, but it's not the same because he doesn't think they treat him in a special way or seek him out particularly, etc.
And so, Sasuke is someone he's been seeking out a lot, yes, but Sasuke has done the same! He stayed to cheer Naruto up that day by the waterfall, he went to look for him at Carnelian's cabin and asked him to go with him to the Sterling cave, he helped him hunt, they seem to share a lot of ideals and stuff... He thinks Sasuke is annoying, but a good guy! And a good guy for whom he's not indifferent! And a ninja just like him! And he's his age! But most of all, he's not someone he can just file as a friend, or even as a best friend. They have slight rivalry dynamics, which are something Naruto didn't have with anyone before Sasuke got here, and all of this puts him in a different category too. But he'll say he's his friend if asked!... An annoying kind of friend.
Naruto thinks it's annoying how Sasuke thinks so much about himself and how he acts like he knows everything and takes things for granted, but he's also seen how Sasuke took him seriously when his team didn't, and he appreciates being told that he's being stupid to his face in a pseudo-constructive way, even though he won't admit that either. Hilariously enough, Nii is the only other person who has spoken like that to his face without his focus being on insulting him, and managed to both convince him and shut him up.
So yeah. Naruto doesn't really think Sasuke's better than him either 8D. He remembers Sasuke being all beaten up and himself being all healthy and stuff! Deep down, he thinks that means that Sasuke cared enough about him to fight for his friend! And maybe he was unlucky or something. O Naruto, if only you knew. But anyway, he's not competing that way, he honestly thinks he has the potential to be stronger and doesn't think about being stronger THAN Sasuke specifically, just stronger than himself. Also, he has this memory-endorsed mad drive to TRAIN that has been helping him focus on being productive and improving himself instead of sulking and resenting people who are better than him. So basically, he has no reason to compete with Sasuke in an unhealthy way either! He won't shut up when Sasuke says anything about being stronger than him, but now that they know each other a bit better, he assumes he's joking. LET'S MAKE THE MOST OF OUR HAPPY TIMES TOGETHER SASUKE.

I DON'T THINK THERE'S ANYTHING NEW BESIDES . . . honestly considering Mukuro someone he can trust! Mukuro is the only person Kaworu has a strong interest in without feeling the impulse to drape on him or anything similar outside of Cubia, which is very interesting to me. But honestly, Kaworu can see Mukuro as a friend even if he's not entirely aware of how important that actually is. Kaworu would shank people for Mukuro. :|b

Sasuke has a good impression of Mithos. It helps that Mithos looks young, since he feels he can relate to him a lot better! But in general Sasuke feels comfortable due to how calm and composed Mithos appears to be. He's also intelligent, kind and reliable, things that Sasuke, even as an amnesiac, tends to prefer and like in people! He's aware that Mithos has his own problems and issues to deal with, but Sasuke isn't the sort of person to pry if he decides not to talk about it. For now, though, Mithos is one of the knights he feels comfortable enough to talk about anything and he appreciates that he accepted to help him with the smokehouse. THERE'S A LOT OF POTENTIAL BECAUSE SASUKE LIKES HIM and he is dere around him.
Kaworu on Mint
Probably the girl Kaworu feels the most comfortable with! Which is why I actually find their interactions very interesting, because Kaworu is mostly :/a around girls, even in canon. In a way Mint is similar to Asuka and his interactions with Asuka are brief and filled with TROLL on Kaworu's part, but Mint is less violent and more shounen and blunt and Kaworu likes that. ONE DAY MINT WILL KNOW THAT CUBIA IS IN LOVE WITH KAWORU but Kaworu wouldn't mind talking to her more often.

. . . Okay, more seriously. She's one of his most important people and his best friend now that Riku is gone! He feels very comfortable and happy around her, because he can forget about the things that are worrying him and just do WHATEVER because Mint will support him and kick him if necessary. THEY'RE STILL LIKE BROS without romance even if Kite could easily admit that he likes Mint even if he'd get all sjfdskjg over thinking about dating because they're best friends and obviously dating is out of the question because EVERYTHING IS LIKE IT SHOULD BE. Also he still misses Riku and he tends to remember that more around Mint, but they're usually happy and doing dumb things when they're together so he doesn't really get sad.
Kite on Mithos
Gosh, okay. Kite sort of noticed at some point Mithos had a looot of things to worry about and that probably he doesn't get very nice memories but it was a while agoooo. Still, Kite is very observant even if it doesn't look like it! So Kite probably tries to make Mithos smile whenever they get to talk and basically try to be helpful! Because he appreciates everything Mithos has even done for his team and he adores him. BE HAPPY FAITH.
Kite on Timi
KITE LOVES EVERYONE ON TIGER'S EYE ON PRINCIPLE. But more than anything he worries a lot for Timi and sometimes Kite thinks he's not the best option to help Timi with stuff? But he adores the baby griffin and he would still do anything to help and try to be happy around her. \o/ He'll try SUPER HARD to win every single game in the hopes it'll be a skill game and so Timi might get his paw skills back since she was so sad about not being able to pick up stuff and the like. IN GENERAL KITE THINKS TIMI IS TOO SHY AND THAT DAMN, his need to protect is HUGE for Timi since she's so tiny and adorable and Kite loves that she tries her best and wants to help. He was surprised when she got upset during the Sea Witch game but that also made him like her more. Love TEAMMATE.
Sasuke thinks Lloyd is reliable and practical, which are things he can appreciate in people! There's not a super strong impression in the sense of something deeper because they didn't touch serious topics, but Sasuke is probably getting to know Lloyd and he appreciates deeply that he is willing to teach him stuff and helping him with the smokehouse. ON THAT FRONT, Sasuke might feel more comfortable around Lloyd than normal because Lloyd isn't annoying or as intrusive as SOME OTHER PEOPLE Sasuke knows.
OH MAN, they need to thread again because Souya can potentially annoy Sasuke to no end or actually . . . end up topping him. Or Both. But for now Sasuke considers him as someone who is well-informed and with a clear opinion on THINGS, even if he looked like he was having a tantrum at the time. More thoughts once they interact moreee.

SASUKE LOVES BIG BROTHER. When I decided to app Sasuke I was completely sure I would never get to play with an Itachi at all, which is why I've been so incredibly happy since I apped because not only I got an Itachi! I got an amazing Itachi and sdgkj I'm so happy. BUT OKAY, leaving personal feelings aside, Sasuke sincerely loves and adores his big brother.
At first Sasuke wasn't sure why he was brought here as a knight instead of as a hero, since the only memory he had showed how amazing Itachi was! So, for Sasuke, he kept thinking that Itachi was a better option and he only felt better after his meeting with Beauty. However, the different treatment knights receive and the advantage he has are bothering Sasuke a lot! The main reason is that he deeply feels his brother deserves better! Yes, he thinks all heroes should have more and he's never lying about that, but his "my brother is amazing, we're family and we should get the same things" feelings are quite deep.
So yeah, while Sasuke feels more secure and more competent, especially now that he remembers hand-to-hand combat and that he had time to explore the limits of his sharingan, he still somehow believes deep inside that Itachi should've been a knight! It's interesting though, because despite all that Sasuke is starting to grow a sense of protectiveness towards Itachi in a way he never managed to develop in canon due to . . . well, Itachi massacring the clan and everything. That means Sasuke feels stronger that Itachi at the moment, and that means it's his duty to protect his big brother until Itachi gains more skills back! That wish to protect Itachi is important and huge for Sasuke, even if he's not aware why yet.
In general, he feels very comfortable and safe around Itachi. Not only Itachi is his family, but he's also his most important person, period. Sasuke would do anything for Itachi, his world when he was a kid basically revolved around his big brother and, obviously, his memories helped him to understand who he was and how he would relate to other people. ALL THE DERE FOR ITACHI, basically. His brother is the person he trust in the most, he also believes they work very well together and Sasuke will do anything to cheat the system in order to give his brother things.
So, for now, it's very safe to say Sasuke loves his brother! He wants his brother to be around him when he takes his memories and he will visit Emerald very often. He also likes Emerald so far, which is a good thing because he needs to approve of his teammates. Also, secretly? Sasuke wishes he could be in Emerald because that way they could spend more time together.
I HOPE THIS MADE A BIT OF SENSE AND I APOLOGIZE IF IT DOESN'T, but I'm tired and I wanted to get it done. LOVE ME BROTHER.
MAN, my timing was accidentally amazing because I didn't actually know you had apped Sasuke, or that you had been planning to. I had just been poking at an app for Itachi pretty much since the game opened and I finally finished it and talked myself (with Kiwi's help) into submitting it at the beginning of April. AND THEN SUDDENLY Aather had a Naruto cast. And I was like "Oh :'D"
GOSH I HOPE I'M BEING SASUKE-LIKE ENOUGH AND THAT MY TAKE ON HIM ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE BECAUSE . . . YEAH, I'm really nervous sometimes about Sasuke. /o\ I made some comments on Plurk about apping Sasuke at first but I was sort of a ~ninja~, so I can see why you didn't notice. |D
I THINK YOU'RE GREAT. I worry about Itachi, too, I've never played in an amnesia game so in spite of having played him a lot this is still NEW AND DIFFERENT and I'm like /o\ a lot. The fact that you apped Sasuke actually makes things SIGNIFICANTLY LESS TERRIFYING so. ♥ |D

Kaworu thinks Jacuzzi is interesting because he seems so . . . scared and shy about everything! But what grabbed Kaworu's attention (more than Jacuzzi being Ruby and, obviously, someone that had to be interesting because Kaworu has a sort of weakness for Ruby in general) was that Jacuzzi apparently stole banks? Which is making Kaworu wonder if there's another side of Jacuzzi he hasn't seen yet and that's something he wants to see. He might find the crying a biiiiiiiiiiiit annoying, but he's going to keep talking to him anyway.
I essayed a bit on Kaworu's feelings towards Kanji on my reply to Cubia but now I'm going to go deeper into that!
Kanji grew on Kaworu fast! Mostly because being on the same thing meant that they had to share a lot of time together and that also gave Kaworu the opportunity to tease and troll him more. Out of everyone on Kunzite, Kanji was the person he liked to tease the most mostly because he liked his reactions. Kanji is very vocal and loud about his feelings, especially if he's annoyed or very determined to do something, which is something Kaworu considered interesting! He didn't precisely care about Kunzite or anyone at all until everyone started to top him a little and then he started to gain memories that gave him feelings.
Either way, Kanji was always supportive of Kaworu in one way or another. He didn't care that Kaworu was a weirdo and he accepted him outside of him being part of Kunzite. Everyone else on Kunzite accepted him despite how much of a weirdo he was, true, but Kanji was always the loudest about it. SO KAWORU GOT TOPPED BY KUNZITE LITTLE BY LITTLE, without even realizing it. And SUDDENLY WE GOT TO BOBBY'S TALK ABOUT SEX. Kaworu was trolling and annoyed at Kanji when he dragged him outside because he honestly didn't get why Kanji was making suck a big deal out of two guys kissing. IT WAS THE MOST RIDICULOUS AND STUPID WAY TO DECIDE TO DATE, and Kaworu had no idea of what dating actually meant and the only thing he wanted was to help Kanji (and sort of troll him along the way).
However, it turned out that dating Kanji wasn't that terrible. In fact, he liked spending more time with Kanji because that meant he could keep making fun of him and tease him all he wanted and now it was even better because Kanji blushed more! It also gave Kaworu the opportunity to actually explore . . . feelings, in a way, and practically every single thread they had helped him understand himself more. At some point he realized that well, forcing himself on people was maybe not the best idea in the world and while he would've forced a kiss on anyone he had an interest on, Kanji was Kunzite and that made it somewhat difficult? So he decided to let Kanji decide and apparently that made him gave points? KAWORU GAINED TACT BY ACCIDENT, but it's such a small amount that I guess that's okay. HE'S STILL DRAPING ON PEOPLE AND THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE.
The chat he had with Sharon on dating at some point when Kaworu realized that Kanji was feeling something for him and that uh, maaaaaybe those feelings were serious (mostly, when Kanji said he was going to tell everyone at some point) changed a lot of things for Kaworu. WHAT CHANGED? Well, it was LESSONS ON TACT AND BASIC INTERACTION WITH HUMANS II, I guess. I realize this is completely silly, but it's the best way I can explain it at this hour so I APOLOGIZE. Either way, as I was saying, it makes sense to Kaworu to actually . . . give a damn, because since he started to care about Kunzite he's been trying to do things that didn't hurt the team and that's sort of why he pushed Natalia out of the way during Three's game and died instead of her. Kaworu is capable of learning! In canon he had no time to learn, he was in the outside world for what? Two weeks? Probably less, and the contact he had in Nerv was very limited, too! So being in Aather, a place where all he knew for a while was that he wasn't normal and then that he wasn't human made him want to know more. He accidentally had to learn a bit, and what he somehow learned was that dating usually meant monogamy.
KAWORU DOESN'T GET MONOGAMY. He knows that, when you like someone, it's possible you might want to be possessive about them. He learned this from Cubia, because Cubia said he wanted to be possessive about Kaworu and Kaworu was pluzzed and he didn't get it at all. WHY WOULD YOU WANT THAT?! So when Sharon explained monogamy Kaworu was pretty much :/a the whole time, because he actually realized for the first time ever that this dating thing could actually hurt Kanji if he continued to be . . . himself about the whole thing. SO HE RESERVED THAT THOUGHT, especially because I'm pretty sure that before that he made out with Shinji while Kaworu was already dating Kanji but before it become more serious? I CAN'T BE SURE, but yeah that happened.
SO KAWORU TOLD KANJI AND THEY HAD A VERY AMAZING THREAD. Which, hilariously, made Kaworu feel something more serious for him. Both Kanji and Cubia make Kaworu care in different ways, which is why both relationships are very important to him, but Kanji is like . . . a normal person that accepted him and tops him in ways he's not even aware of. Kaworu wasn't even that aware that he felt something that important for Kanji until that moment, especially when he knew for sure he didn't want to hurt him. Which is why, in a way, the last time Kaworu and Shinji talked Kaworu didn't try to kiss him! He would've tried otherwise, but he didn't.
. . . But then Kaworu kissed Cubia twice, but THAT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT since it was for science or something. Kaworu might tell him because he believes in being honest no matter how much the truth sucks, but right now he has more important things to say and other things to worry about so IDK when that will be.
As a note, Kaworu had discovered hormones with Luke way before the whole dating thing started, so he knew he liked kissing and sex. This is important because Kaworu would've had sex with Kanji a long time ago if Kanji would've allowed it.
Also being dead and knowing who he is in canon gave him a lot of peace. And knowing that Shinji actually loved him won't actually change the fact Kaworu has strong feelings for Kanji (and Cubia) and that his feelings for him are very romantic. SO THERE'S THAT.

Hmm. So Cubia's feelings tend to be very extreme. He's very reactive to his environment and the things around him. In the beginning, Kaworu provoked a bad reaction from Cubia which made him angry and scared, feelings that make him loose control and be more lax about saying things. Which means Kaworu saw more of the real Cubia than anyone else in Aather, including his team. Therefore, Cubia was invested enough to keep an eye on him and learn more about him. So they kept talking and Cubia kept telling him things because he had no one else to talk to and he felt a bond with Kaworu because they both don't fit in! And struggle with learning new things. Annnd somewhere around that time, Cubia realized he didn't want to lose what they had! Which is why he gets angry and possessive about Kaworu because he feels that could disappear any time because he's not important like Shinji or a team-mate like Kanji. He's just Cubia.
However! He's become a lot more empathic and insecure. He's realized on an instinctive level that what he has is fine and not always subject to ... bad things! He's comfortable, he's happy, he cares for Kaworu, someone who is not Kite and not his teammate which... gives him hope! And makes him believe that he can have a higher purpose!
He draws a lot of strength from Kaworu because Kaworu doesn't hide or lie which means his opinion is highly valued to Cubia. And he has stopped struggling with himself and his feelings and sort of... going with the flow when it comes to Kaworu. He has stopped questioning himself and his feelings. He's just... happy with what he has! A FIRST.
He does worry that someday, his anger and need to own things will overcome him, but right now, it's not an issue and he is pretty much content with his relationship. Even if he's not vocal about his feelings (since Kaworu said he would wait and Cubia believes that).

He got that terrible memory of Shinji rejecting his friendship and that affected Kaworu, yes. IT HAD A HUGE EFFECT ON HIM. Mostly because he made a huge decision at the end of it and it gave him a clue to his own nature. But in canon Kaworu never had anything else, Kaworu had nothing outside Shinji! That has changed here, and this is why Cubia and Kanji (and Mukuro, pretty much half of Ruby and Kunzite) are important.
Kaworu feels a lot of curiosity towards humans in canon, but his curiosity is focused on Shinji. Here, he was forced to interact with a lot more people and he's somehow even more social. Cubia became important and I've already essayed on that before, but basically Cubia was different from other people and their relationship helped him understand himself in the process. Not only that, but Cubia intrigued him a lot! He was stubborn enough about keep talking to Cubia that he was willing to die for it, mostly because he didn't care about dying, but still. It showed how strong his determination was, even if Kaworu is not precisely interested in learning about personal space or why certain things aren't okay!
Now . . . Kaworu feels very comfortable around Cubia. But in general, Kaworu never lies and he doesn't give a damn in general about making others uncomfortable because he simply doesn't care. However Cubia was different and the way he reacted in general made it a lot easier for Kaworu to be a weirdo. He can say anything around Cubia because they're both different, Cubia can see that and even if they started sort of on the wrong foot, it has developed to what it's now! That's why his relationship is different from the one he has with Kanji. But it's also different from his friendship with Mukuro, because his friendship with Mukuro is strictly platonic and non-sexual and full of talking about humanity and their own natures but without mutual feelings or deep involvement in each other.
So Cubia is mostly . . . the person Kaworu trusts the most. He doesn't hide what he is from Kanji or Kunzite in general, but he knows Kanji can't understand it completely. His relationship with him is more physical and clearly romantic, and yet Kaworu is often taken off-guard when Kanji does completely romantic things to him. He didn't understand why Kanji resorts to hugs so often and . . . Kaworu is genuinely caring more and more about him. I needed to explain this because it's important!! And related!! And that's because while Kanji represents what Kaworu wanted in canon, Cubia is also half of that as well.
You know, the thing about not remembering anything and sort of building your whole life around a small community from scratch is that you're meant to build strong relationships pretty fast! Kaworu feels something strong for Shinji and he considers him his most important person, but Shinji . . . is well, Shinji! Kaworu at this point in time thinks that not being rejected is more than enough and his lack of memories that can explain why he feels like he does for Shinji is kind of frustrating! So he's not thinking about it and instead he's focusing on other things. Stalking Shinji sort of counts, but he interacts with Cubia and Kanji much more. He's been in Aather more time than he was allowed outside of SEELE before he died, so . . . yeah, it makes sense Kaworu can build stronger relationships or that he could even feel love for some of them.
Now with Cubia in particular, the most important thing is that we are both equals in the sense they're both not human! The other thing is that he started to care about Cubia and about his problems to the point he started to feel a lot for him. Once Kaworu started to feel it was only a matter of time, really, but I didn't expect Kaworu to genuinely want to see Cubia (or even Kunzite) happy. Another thing was that he almost never had physical contact with Cubia, even if he drapes on people he doesn't even care about on a daily basis. It was some sort of . . . show of respect, probably. Even if Kaworu provoked emotions out of Cubia all the time and everything, he never touched him. He never touches Mukuro now either, which is another way of showing respect in a weird way. That's another difference between Cubia and Kanji, because with Kanji, Kaworu enjoys teasing and touching Kanji and with Cubia they are more focused on feelings and it was and sort of still is, completely non-sexual.
Even when Kaworu and Cubia kissed, it was because Kaworu wanted to help Cubia and because he had the idea that it could work! He dislikes knowing Cubia couldn't really feel something like that, especially when Kaworu has discovered that sex and making out with someone he likes is well, nice! Kaworu felt a lot of curiosity and he feels so much around Cubia that he also wanted to know what the hell was up with his feelings with Cubia. TURNS OUT CUBIA FELT IT AND KAWORU COMPARED THAT KISS WITH HOW IT FELT WHEN HE KISSES KANJI.
He can't understand love completely, but he loves Cubia. He likes what he has and when he confronted Mytho it was because no one is allowed to make Cubia sad :|. He's very capable of telling Citrine if Mytho dares to hurt Cubia again even if that means people would get killed! Because he doesn't care! He would stop if Cubia asked though. But Kaworu isn't using "love" in his head and he totally will the moment he gets a certain memory back, but not for now. He also loves Kanji in a different way and what he's feeling for Kanji can potentially develop even more, because it's a mutual relationship instead of . . . you know, onesided feelings towards Shinji.
Also Kaworu might be considering that he should tell Kanji about Cubia, even if I'm thinking Cubia and Kaworu haven't kissed since that time, because while they're more FEELINGS NON-SEXUAL BOYFRIENDS, Kanji might not be happy about it and . . . Kaworu is starting to realize that could hurt him and he doesn't like knowing that.
tl;dr version: Kaworu has two boyfriends and he loves both of them. Shinji is also there but he doesn't touch Shinji anymore and it's one-sided.

He has a very good impression on Konatsu! But that's normal for Kite since he tends to like everyone ever. But he thinks Konatsu is smart and polite, but he was a bit sad when he thought that Konatsu didn't give himself the chance to get closer to people due to the games! He's glad he's not doing that anymore, but that made Kite be more aware of Konatsu and now he might try to go out of his way to talk to him more! He also likes the idea of having another person to train with.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT SASUKE THINKS NARUTO IS AN IDIOT.
Sasuke arrived in Aather with only an adorable memory of his brother where he was able to pout and get suddenly annoyed and it's adorable, but this, and being unable to remember all the terrible things in his life, is allowing him to be nicer and close to what he could've been if he hadn't gone insane with revenge. So basically Sasuke still holds some basic personality traits that appeared more and more the longer Sasuke stayed with Team 7, so it means he was capable of all of this but his feelings for revenge and his ALL BY MYSEEEEELF mentality also got in the way.
ALL THAT ISN'T IMPORTANT HERE, obviously. However Naruto still managed to annoy the hell out of Sasuke and they fluctuate a lot between getting along and mutually annoying each other. Sasuke has a tendency to tease people but he wasn't very well of it until Naruto appeared in his life! He also made fun of Cubia, but he also regrets it now and he doesn't dislike him anymore, but with Naruto Sasuke doesn't regret it one bit. So mostly, at first, he had a strong impression of Naruto but it was . . . strange. It was like he made a NEW CATEGORY in his mind and that's where he placed Naruto because he's completely different to everyone he's met so far. There's also the fact they . . . apparently know each other, but Sasuke doesn't remember him yet and that helped to separate Naruto from the rest in his mind.
At first he wasn't sure if he should be trusted, though! I mean, you come from a ninja clan and your basic instinct is to be wary about people suddenly telling you stuff you don't remember! But Itachi helped Sasuke come to the conclusion that Naruto was too stupid and straightforward to lie, so Naruto gained a COULD BE TRUSTED title in his head. HOWEVER, he still saw Naruto as ANNOYING and he had NO IDEA as to why someone like that remembered him.
Then trauma game happened and Sasuke felt pretty much unhappy about the whole thing. He didn't like being treated badly by Beatrice and he suddenly understood how powerless knights were in a way, since they can't interfere with whatever a team decides to do! He has the duty to protect them, so his way to fulfill that duty was to take as much damage for them and keep the decision Peridot made from other people in case other teams decided to WANT REVENGE OR SOMETHING. And Naruto and Sasuke talked after it. Aaaaand it was during that game that Sasuke saw that, despite the fact Naruto was TOO STUPID TO LIVE he was a well intentioned idiot that actually wanted the same as Sasuke: no one getting hurt or killed in a stupid game to win memories, even if that game is for the sake of saving the world. Sasuke doesn't think that sacrificing people for the greater good is okay! If he had his memories, he'd think that BURNING THE WORLD TO THE GROUND in order to save ONE PERSON or take revenge, is a good idea :Db buuut as an amnesiac he doesn't think that way yet. So Naruto and Sasuke had the opportunity to bond over how much that game sucked and Sasuke somehow lowered his defenses and Naruto went from STUPIDLY ANNOYING BUT SOMEHOW MIGHT BE TRUSTED IDIOT to . . . strong-willed and well-meaning idiot that can be trusted. That thread made Sasuke tsun at Naruto, even!
THEN . . . NARUTO HAD A FREAK OUT ABOUT GUYS DATING GUYS and he told Sasuke about the accidental kiss in canon! Sasuke . . . doesn't even care that they kissed, and he believes Naruto was saying the truth, but he honestly didn't care. Yet he made fun of Naruto by saying that he would never feel attracted to him even if he liked men and in a way, Sasuke meant it, but he honestly don't see the point in dating or anything like that. He's more or less asexual and doesn't notice things like BOOBS! That's why he didn't feel awkward when Shiki flashed him and had a long conversation with her without feeling uncomfortable. But Naruto's attitude annoyed Sasuke and part of the ANNOYING IDIOT came back with full force. However he made Naruto go with him to collect the jars for Carnelian's quest and everything.
THEY HAD MORE CONVERSATIONS THAT DAY AND WENT HUNTING!! But mostly . . . man, Sasuke is starting to see Naruto as someone sort of reliable that is somewhat very dumb and stupid but with a determined heart and he doesn't mind that. He won't say Naruto's name out loud and he will still refer to Naruto as THAT ANNOYING IDIOT ON CARNELIAN but he's maybe starting to trust him and he felt uncomfortable enough to fall asleep on the forest because damn using his sharingan that long exhausted him. He won't admit any of that though and a part of Sasuke feels somewhat superior and that's always good because when Naruto starts to gain more skills and proves to be stronger than him . . . well, that's when Sasuke will start to develop issues!
But yeah right now Sasuke likes Naruto and he doesn't mind if Naruto stalks Sterling so they can hang out. ARE THEY BECOMING FRIENDS? Yes. But like hell Sasuke is going to admit it.

Naruto's feelings make me laugh. I think it's because he remembered disliking Sasuke so much in the kiss memory, and then being worried for him but confident that he'd get better (= friends?), that made him so predisposed to have FEELINGS towards him.
Naruto's open and loud at everyone, but he doesn't instantly like a lot of people because most people don't pay special attention to him! That's the main distinction he's making between best friends and people he likes. For example, Kite and Cubia are his best friends, because he feels that he gets special treatment from them, and he spends a lot of time with them, and he feels that they care about him, and he'd put his life on the line for them. Even though he wants to be special to people, he's not the jealous type of friend, thankfully, because I'm playing him as naturally self-centered (the good kind) and praise-oriented, not as someone clingy who needs reassurance because he's insecure or anything like that. Still, as another example, he likes Gokudera and Aeris a lot, in different ways, but it's not the same because he doesn't think they treat him in a special way or seek him out particularly, etc.
And so, Sasuke is someone he's been seeking out a lot, yes, but Sasuke has done the same! He stayed to cheer Naruto up that day by the waterfall, he went to look for him at Carnelian's cabin and asked him to go with him to the Sterling cave, he helped him hunt, they seem to share a lot of ideals and stuff... He thinks Sasuke is annoying, but a good guy! And a good guy for whom he's not indifferent! And a ninja just like him! And he's his age! But most of all, he's not someone he can just file as a friend, or even as a best friend. They have slight rivalry dynamics, which are something Naruto didn't have with anyone before Sasuke got here, and all of this puts him in a different category too. But he'll say he's his friend if asked!... An annoying kind of friend.
Naruto thinks it's annoying how Sasuke thinks so much about himself and how he acts like he knows everything and takes things for granted, but he's also seen how Sasuke took him seriously when his team didn't, and he appreciates being told that he's being stupid to his face in a pseudo-constructive way, even though he won't admit that either. Hilariously enough, Nii is the only other person who has spoken like that to his face without his focus being on insulting him, and managed to both convince him and shut him up.
So yeah. Naruto doesn't really think Sasuke's better than him either 8D. He remembers Sasuke being all beaten up and himself being all healthy and stuff! Deep down, he thinks that means that Sasuke cared enough about him to fight for his friend! And maybe he was unlucky or something. O Naruto, if only you knew. But anyway, he's not competing that way, he honestly thinks he has the potential to be stronger and doesn't think about being stronger THAN Sasuke specifically, just stronger than himself. Also, he has this memory-endorsed mad drive to TRAIN that has been helping him focus on being productive and improving himself instead of sulking and resenting people who are better than him. So basically, he has no reason to compete with Sasuke in an unhealthy way either! He won't shut up when Sasuke says anything about being stronger than him, but now that they know each other a bit better, he assumes he's joking. LET'S MAKE THE MOST OF OUR HAPPY TIMES TOGETHER SASUKE.

Sasuke on Mithos
Sasuke has a good impression of Mithos. It helps that Mithos looks young, since he feels he can relate to him a lot better! But in general Sasuke feels comfortable due to how calm and composed Mithos appears to be. He's also intelligent, kind and reliable, things that Sasuke, even as an amnesiac, tends to prefer and like in people! He's aware that Mithos has his own problems and issues to deal with, but Sasuke isn't the sort of person to pry if he decides not to talk about it. For now, though, Mithos is one of the knights he feels comfortable enough to talk about anything and he appreciates that he accepted to help him with the smokehouse. THERE'S A LOT OF POTENTIAL BECAUSE SASUKE LIKES HIM and he is dere around him.
Kaworu on Mint
Probably the girl Kaworu feels the most comfortable with! Which is why I actually find their interactions very interesting, because Kaworu is mostly :/a around girls, even in canon. In a way Mint is similar to Asuka and his interactions with Asuka are brief and filled with TROLL on Kaworu's part, but Mint is less violent and more shounen and blunt and Kaworu likes that. ONE DAY MINT WILL KNOW THAT CUBIA IS IN LOVE WITH KAWORU but Kaworu wouldn't mind talking to her more often.

. . . Okay, more seriously. She's one of his most important people and his best friend now that Riku is gone! He feels very comfortable and happy around her, because he can forget about the things that are worrying him and just do WHATEVER because Mint will support him and kick him if necessary. THEY'RE STILL LIKE BROS without romance even if Kite could easily admit that he likes Mint even if he'd get all sjfdskjg over thinking about dating because they're best friends and obviously dating is out of the question because EVERYTHING IS LIKE IT SHOULD BE. Also he still misses Riku and he tends to remember that more around Mint, but they're usually happy and doing dumb things when they're together so he doesn't really get sad.

Gosh, okay. Kite sort of noticed at some point Mithos had a looot of things to worry about and that probably he doesn't get very nice memories but it was a while agoooo. Still, Kite is very observant even if it doesn't look like it! So Kite probably tries to make Mithos smile whenever they get to talk and basically try to be helpful! Because he appreciates everything Mithos has even done for his team and he adores him. BE HAPPY FAITH.

KITE LOVES EVERYONE ON TIGER'S EYE ON PRINCIPLE. But more than anything he worries a lot for Timi and sometimes Kite thinks he's not the best option to help Timi with stuff? But he adores the baby griffin and he would still do anything to help and try to be happy around her. \o/ He'll try SUPER HARD to win every single game in the hopes it'll be a skill game and so Timi might get his paw skills back since she was so sad about not being able to pick up stuff and the like. IN GENERAL KITE THINKS TIMI IS TOO SHY AND THAT DAMN, his need to protect is HUGE for Timi since she's so tiny and adorable and Kite loves that she tries her best and wants to help. He was surprised when she got upset during the Sea Witch game but that also made him like her more. Love TEAMMATE.

Sasuke thinks Lloyd is reliable and practical, which are things he can appreciate in people! There's not a super strong impression in the sense of something deeper because they didn't touch serious topics, but Sasuke is probably getting to know Lloyd and he appreciates deeply that he is willing to teach him stuff and helping him with the smokehouse. ON THAT FRONT, Sasuke might feel more comfortable around Lloyd than normal because Lloyd isn't annoying or as intrusive as SOME OTHER PEOPLE Sasuke knows.

SASUKE LOVES BIG BROTHER. When I decided to app Sasuke I was completely sure I would never get to play with an Itachi at all, which is why I've been so incredibly happy since I apped because not only I got an Itachi! I got an amazing Itachi and sdgkj I'm so happy. BUT OKAY, leaving personal feelings aside, Sasuke sincerely loves and adores his big brother.
At first Sasuke wasn't sure why he was brought here as a knight instead of as a hero, since the only memory he had showed how amazing Itachi was! So, for Sasuke, he kept thinking that Itachi was a better option and he only felt better after his meeting with Beauty. However, the different treatment knights receive and the advantage he has are bothering Sasuke a lot! The main reason is that he deeply feels his brother deserves better! Yes, he thinks all heroes should have more and he's never lying about that, but his "my brother is amazing, we're family and we should get the same things" feelings are quite deep.
So yeah, while Sasuke feels more secure and more competent, especially now that he remembers hand-to-hand combat and that he had time to explore the limits of his sharingan, he still somehow believes deep inside that Itachi should've been a knight! It's interesting though, because despite all that Sasuke is starting to grow a sense of protectiveness towards Itachi in a way he never managed to develop in canon due to . . . well, Itachi massacring the clan and everything. That means Sasuke feels stronger that Itachi at the moment, and that means it's his duty to protect his big brother until Itachi gains more skills back! That wish to protect Itachi is important and huge for Sasuke, even if he's not aware why yet.
In general, he feels very comfortable and safe around Itachi. Not only Itachi is his family, but he's also his most important person, period. Sasuke would do anything for Itachi, his world when he was a kid basically revolved around his big brother and, obviously, his memories helped him to understand who he was and how he would relate to other people. ALL THE DERE FOR ITACHI, basically. His brother is the person he trust in the most, he also believes they work very well together and Sasuke will do anything to cheat the system in order to give his brother things.
So, for now, it's very safe to say Sasuke loves his brother! He wants his brother to be around him when he takes his memories and he will visit Emerald very often. He also likes Emerald so far, which is a good thing because he needs to approve of his teammates. Also, secretly? Sasuke wishes he could be in Emerald because that way they could spend more time together.

Kaworu thinks Jacuzzi is interesting because he seems so . . . scared and shy about everything! But what grabbed Kaworu's attention (more than Jacuzzi being Ruby and, obviously, someone that had to be interesting because Kaworu has a sort of weakness for Ruby in general) was that Jacuzzi apparently stole banks? Which is making Kaworu wonder if there's another side of Jacuzzi he hasn't seen yet and that's something he wants to see. He might find the crying a biiiiiiiiiiiit annoying, but he's going to keep talking to him anyway.

I essayed a bit on Kaworu's feelings towards Kanji on my reply to Cubia but now I'm going to go deeper into that!
Kanji grew on Kaworu fast! Mostly because being on the same thing meant that they had to share a lot of time together and that also gave Kaworu the opportunity to tease and troll him more. Out of everyone on Kunzite, Kanji was the person he liked to tease the most mostly because he liked his reactions. Kanji is very vocal and loud about his feelings, especially if he's annoyed or very determined to do something, which is something Kaworu considered interesting! He didn't precisely care about Kunzite or anyone at all until everyone started to top him a little and then he started to gain memories that gave him feelings.
Either way, Kanji was always supportive of Kaworu in one way or another. He didn't care that Kaworu was a weirdo and he accepted him outside of him being part of Kunzite. Everyone else on Kunzite accepted him despite how much of a weirdo he was, true, but Kanji was always the loudest about it. SO KAWORU GOT TOPPED BY KUNZITE LITTLE BY LITTLE, without even realizing it. And SUDDENLY WE GOT TO BOBBY'S TALK ABOUT SEX. Kaworu was trolling and annoyed at Kanji when he dragged him outside because he honestly didn't get why Kanji was making suck a big deal out of two guys kissing. IT WAS THE MOST RIDICULOUS AND STUPID WAY TO DECIDE TO DATE, and Kaworu had no idea of what dating actually meant and the only thing he wanted was to help Kanji (and sort of troll him along the way).
However, it turned out that dating Kanji wasn't that terrible. In fact, he liked spending more time with Kanji because that meant he could keep making fun of him and tease him all he wanted and now it was even better because Kanji blushed more! It also gave Kaworu the opportunity to actually explore . . . feelings, in a way, and practically every single thread they had helped him understand himself more. At some point he realized that well, forcing himself on people was maybe not the best idea in the world and while he would've forced a kiss on anyone he had an interest on, Kanji was Kunzite and that made it somewhat difficult? So he decided to let Kanji decide and apparently that made him gave points? KAWORU GAINED TACT BY ACCIDENT, but it's such a small amount that I guess that's okay. HE'S STILL DRAPING ON PEOPLE AND THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE.
The chat he had with Sharon on dating at some point when Kaworu realized that Kanji was feeling something for him and that uh, maaaaaybe those feelings were serious (mostly, when Kanji said he was going to tell everyone at some point) changed a lot of things for Kaworu. WHAT CHANGED? Well, it was LESSONS ON TACT AND BASIC INTERACTION WITH HUMANS II, I guess. I realize this is completely silly, but it's the best way I can explain it at this hour so I APOLOGIZE. Either way, as I was saying, it makes sense to Kaworu to actually . . . give a damn, because since he started to care about Kunzite he's been trying to do things that didn't hurt the team and that's sort of why he pushed Natalia out of the way during Three's game and died instead of her. Kaworu is capable of learning! In canon he had no time to learn, he was in the outside world for what? Two weeks? Probably less, and the contact he had in Nerv was very limited, too! So being in Aather, a place where all he knew for a while was that he wasn't normal and then that he wasn't human made him want to know more. He accidentally had to learn a bit, and what he somehow learned was that dating usually meant monogamy.
KAWORU DOESN'T GET MONOGAMY. He knows that, when you like someone, it's possible you might want to be possessive about them. He learned this from Cubia, because Cubia said he wanted to be possessive about Kaworu and Kaworu was pluzzed and he didn't get it at all. WHY WOULD YOU WANT THAT?! So when Sharon explained monogamy Kaworu was pretty much :/a the whole time, because he actually realized for the first time ever that this dating thing could actually hurt Kanji if he continued to be . . . himself about the whole thing. SO HE RESERVED THAT THOUGHT, especially because I'm pretty sure that before that he made out with Shinji while Kaworu was already dating Kanji but before it become more serious? I CAN'T BE SURE, but yeah that happened.
SO KAWORU TOLD KANJI AND THEY HAD A VERY AMAZING THREAD. Which, hilariously, made Kaworu feel something more serious for him. Both Kanji and Cubia make Kaworu care in different ways, which is why both relationships are very important to him, but Kanji is like . . . a normal person that accepted him and tops him in ways he's not even aware of. Kaworu wasn't even that aware that he felt something that important for Kanji until that moment, especially when he knew for sure he didn't want to hurt him. Which is why, in a way, the last time Kaworu and Shinji talked Kaworu didn't try to kiss him! He would've tried otherwise, but he didn't.
. . . But then Kaworu kissed Cubia twice, but THAT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT since it was for science or something. Kaworu might tell him because he believes in being honest no matter how much the truth sucks, but right now he has more important things to say and other things to worry about so IDK when that will be.
As a note, Kaworu had discovered hormones with Luke way before the whole dating thing started, so he knew he liked kissing and sex. This is important because Kaworu would've had sex with Kanji a long time ago if Kanji would've allowed it.
Also being dead and knowing who he is in canon gave him a lot of peace. And knowing that Shinji actually loved him won't actually change the fact Kaworu has strong feelings for Kanji (and Cubia) and that his feelings for him are very romantic. SO THERE'S THAT.
KANJI BB IT'S YOUR TURN TO REVERSE ME BECAUSE I'M SHAMELESS. ALSO I'M SORRY IF THIS SUCKED.
