⇒ Summoning techniques: Lightning Flash Blade Creation Special
What this means:
This skill is basically Sasuke's knowledge on seals and being able to summon weapons at will in the middle of a fight. He will have seals on his wrists at all times now, so instead of hiding ninja tools in his clothes or in his bag of holding, he can now abuse that.
☆ Sneaking into Itachi's room when they were kids after having a nightmare. Trivial Positive
What he remembered/learned:
Another memory from before the massacre and when he was much younger! He was probably five, most likely less, and sometimes when he had nightmares he'd sneak into Itachi's room. '^'
What this means:
AS ALWAYS, SASUKE HATES GETTING MEMORIES OF HIS EARLY CHILDHOOD. It won't really have any effect on him outside feeling angry about ii.
