What he remembered/learned:
- There's a dead man on the floor. For the hatred/feelings he can get from looking at him, it's obvious he killed him.
- Tobi mentions he might go blind if he keeps using his eyes like that. Also comments that he needs to stop acting tough and he suggests Sasuke can't attack Konoha alone.
- HE DOES WANT TO ATTACK THE VILLAGE.
- Tobi took Danzou's body and then he tells Sasuke to kill Karin if he's done with her because she knows too much.
- "'Our' plans? Who said I was working with you?"
- He decides to kill Karin, but he stops when Sakura calls out for him.
- Sakura tells Sasuke she's going to abandon Konoha to come with him.
- He gets pissed when Sakura tells him that, so he explains that he wants to destroy Konoha. "Are you willing to betray Konoha for me?"
- Orders Sakura to kill Karin as proof that she really would betray the village for him.
- He doesn't see Taka as a team, but as an organization. "A member of my organization, 'Taka'"
- He calls Karin useless, and that Sakura can take her place.
- AND THEN HE TRIES TO KILL SAKURA :D :D :'D! Karin says "Sasuke. Don't do it . . ." which is the only warning Sakura gets since he moves way too fast, but Kakashi stops him at the last second.
- "You've fallen so low, Sasuke"
- Kakashi telling him he needs to stop his obsession with revenge.
- CRACKING THE HELL UP AT THAT. "Bring back Itachi. And my mother and my father. And my clan! Bring them all back! Then I'll stop!"
- "I want to kill you so badly I can taste it, Kakashi"
- Kakashi compares himself to the Sandaime and what he had to go through when he fought Orochimaru. Sasuke tells him they'll have plenty to talk about when him (Kakashi) joins him.
- Uses Susano'o against Kakashi.
- "I can't believe you, a non-Uchiha, awakened the Mangekyou . . . So that's what saved you . . . That's your eye's ability. I hope you're grateful to the Uchiha."
- Going quiet when Kakashi implies there's more than hatred and the Uchiha in his heart. Then pain, and hatred again: "They're all laughing. They're all laughing it up, at the cost of Itachi's life! Cackling in unison with no idea of the price he paid! All I hear in your laughter now is scorn and ridicule! But I'll change it, I'll turn your laughter into screams of anguish!"
- GOING BLIND :'D
- Sakura fails to kill Sasuke again, and he turns around to kill her instead! Naruto saves her this time.
- FEELINGS WHEN NARUTO SAYS HE CAN UNDERSTAND WHY HE DID IT. Stupid fucking Naruto.
- Calls him an outsider.
- Gets confirmation that the man he killed was Danzou. "It was a high unlike anything I've ever felt. Like I was finally cleansing the Uchiha name of the stigma that's dogged it for all these years. Like I was freeing the Uchiha from being associated with this corrupt ninja world. In a sense, it's what the Leaf has always wanted. After rejecting my clan for generations, I'm finally going to wipe it from your memories . . . By killing every last one of you, until the Leaf is crushed forever! Any link to the Uchiha will be severed and our name will be purified! That's how I'll revive my clan!"
- Fighting Naruto after Naruto ignores Kakashi's orders to leave.
- /NARUTO USES FEELINGS!!!!!
- "Naruto . . . It's too late. Nothing you say now can change me! I'm going to kill you and every last person in your beloved village! It's time to make your choice! Kill me and become a hero, or die at my hand and be another one of my victims!"
- And Naruto refuses to do either. Of course.
- Zetsu is a creeper.
- SUICIDE PACT!!!!
- Accepts Naruto's suicide pact under the excuse that he'll kill Naruto first.
- "I want Itachi's eyes"
- "I want to destroy Naruto with my full powers! That's the only way to regret everything he stands for! Nothing more, nothing less."
What this means:
. . . WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?
The easiest one: Sasuke has gained a very negative reaction to people having the Sharingan. He's not sure why yet, but just looking at Kakashi's left eye will be enough to make him want to punch people. He's more obsessed with his clan now, too, in the sense that anybody trying to take any advantage of anything related to the Uchiha or just badmouthing them, will be enough to trigger him.
THIS MEMORY WON'T DRIVE HIM CRAZY BUT IT WILL MOSTLY . . . FINALLY CONFIRM HOW CRAZY HE BECAME. HOW LOW HE FELL, BECAUSE HE HAD NO FUCKING REASON TO STOP. Because the ninja world is so corrupted in his eyes that it was the only thing he could do to free his clan from it. Because his brother was dead, he was mindfucked all his live and he was driven to want revenge, and all of it was at the hands of his brother because his brother didn't see any other way either. Due to how the ninja society worked.
FURTHER CONSEQUENCES OF THE MEMORY WILL HAVE TO WAIT. But mostly, as a given, Sasuke will want to stay the fuck away from canonmates except for Itachi due to guilt and self-loathing. Not because he thinks he was wrong (he will never think he was wrong exactly), but because he will still hate himself for everything he did anyway. There are hints of that in this memory, especially for the way he reacts to Naruto at the end, so I feel confident in that. But he still needs to take the memory so I have NO IDEA how this will go.
As a note: Someone made a joke about it somewhere but . . . SASUKE DIDN'T LIE ABOUT STOPPING IF THEY COULD BRING ITACHI BACK. In a twisted way, the main reason Sasuke has no interest in going back to the ninja world is that whether he died or managed to clean the Uchiha clan as he intended (as far as he remembers his motivations), his brother is alive here. The end. The ninja world can disappear for all he cares.
