Memories #22-24 | Skill #8
Memory #22: ☆ Power. [Note: . . . I rode in a barrel ↔ Ch209P11-15] (Trivial Positive)

What he remembered/learned:
- I RODE INSIDE A BARREL.
- IDK IT FELT LIKE DYING?!
- I CAME OUT OF IT FEELING POWERFUL '-'
- C-Crazy laughter while shunning Naruto and running off.
What this means:
The only effect this had was more willingness to get stronger no matter what because power felt great. Also he gained some insanity and bad decisions points.
Skill #8: ⇒ Advanced chakra control (walking on water) [Special]

This means his chakra control is even better now. It's very self-explanatory. :T
Memory #23: ★ Those nearly three years of training with Orochimaru. (Significant Neutral)

What he remembered/learned:
This memory is heavily implied since it happened during the timeskip. We don't currently have enough information of what happened during those two years and something that Sasuke spent with Orochimaru but it's not hard to assume that Sasuke acted more or less like he did later on (being a high-maintenance apprentice that did whatever the hell he wanted). His training was intensive, spent most of the time by himself, ignored feelings outside of revenge, etc etc. It also somehow turned him into a more . . . revenge-driven jerk that stopped giving a damn about anything else. ALSO UH. Sasuke probably took strange drugs to improve his skills and was under very not okay experiments or something.
What this means:

Memory #24: ☆ The truth about Itachi. [Note: Madara should stop fucking with me ↔ Ch396P13-Ch398P09] (Significant Negative)

What he remembered/learned:
- Intense emptiness.
- What the shit is that man saying about Itachi.
- HIS EYE DID SOMETHING WEIRD.
- Madara says Itachi passed all of his eye techniques to Sasuke because he wanted to protect him.
- FEELINGS. NOT CARING ANYMORE. DENYING THE VERY POSSIBILITY THAT IT COULD BE TRUE.
- I-INTENSE DENIAL BECAUSE WHY WOULD ITACHI CARE. WHY WOULD HE PROTECT ME!!!
- B-Breakdown.
- Madara uses EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION. It's very effective.
- Passes out.
What this means:
OKAY SO. Sasuke already knows the truth here! He's had time to react to that and accept it. But it's not the same as . . . getting this memory back. This one is important but not as important as the one with the whole truth, since his emotional turmoil is very different to the way he dealt with the truth here. Mostly because Sasuke was so convinced that Itachi couldn't possible care or give a damn about him, and he felt so empty after killing him, that Madara's emotional manipulation completely broke him. There is a huge denial here because Sasuke's beliefs of what he considered the truth are crushed completely.
This memory will give him a lot of negative feelings, but miiiight not have much of an effect outside of particular things or events since he already knows the truth. If anything this memory might make him more susceptible to emotional manipulation. \:D/
