Memory #14: ☆ Itachi. [Note: . . . A date ↔ Ch365P02-Ch368P03] (Trivial Negative)
[Won in Knight Game #2]
What he remembered/learned:
- Something feels odd about my sight and my whole body feel somewhat sore.
- Suddenly traveling with new people? Who the hell are they? One of them is named Juugo, I seem to be very familiar with them.
- Am I a couple of years older? I'm wearing similar clothes to the ones I'm currently wearing.
- We're being followed and I'm going after Itachi.
- "Absorbing Orochimaru's abilities really increased my healing powers" Wondering if it's because of the White Snake's powers. Did I kill Orochimaru?
- The Leaf is after them. I really did leave the Leaf Village and I seem to know a lot about Akatsuki.
- "We don't bother with the Leaf."
- I sure act like the leader of "Team Hebi." They're following my orders.
- FIRST AKATSUKI HIDEOUT.
- . . . And Itachi is right there. HATRED.
- Fighting Itachi and damn, I'm so weak right now.
- "You don't know a thing about me. Just how much hatred I have bottled up in this heart, or just how strong I've become as a result of that. You don't know a single thing about me."
- Itachi is sneaky :|
- "Come alone to the Uchiha hideout. We can settle things there."
- Having conflicting feelings before being interrupted.
- Karin is the name of another one of them. Also they disobey my orders :|
- And to the Uchiha hideout now.
What this means:
This memory was close to a significant, but Sasuke had enough significant memories as it is and since he always tries to kill his emotions besides hate, so it felt appropriate to decided on it being a trivial negative.
Either way, in Aather, this memory is more of a significant one. Not only this is the first post-timeskip memory he's received so far, but it gives a lot of insight to how much his life changed. Now it's clear that he left the Leaf Village, he probably joined Orochimaru and then he . . . killed him? Or just absorbed his powers somehow. He feels more focused on hatred and he doesn't want to bother with the Leaf. He has a new team and he's the leader, and apparently they've been traveling together for a while. He also had feelings after Itachi disappeared.
THIS MEMORY WILL MAKE HIM FOCUS EVEN MORE ON TRAINING and it will make things even more awkward with Itachi because now he has a solid memory of how they were like after the massacre. Sasuke might snap if Itachi ever tries to act in a cold way to him in Aather, but he's not hating on Itachi here and that will continue to give him issues and conflict with his own memories. This will start to shape him into a more direct person, even less likely to stand bullshit and to be more reserved. It'll be harder to let strangers in.
